About me
Why are you running?
I’m running because Forney is at a critical crossroads. We cannot afford business as usual while our infrastructure lags behind development. I am running to ensure we prioritize roads before rooftops. I am running because I believe real municipal leadership experience matters. I’ve led city departments, built businesses from the ground up, and worked with 9-1-1 and public safety. This has given me firsthand experience. I'm not just asking for a seat; I'm offering the technical expertise to make sure our first responders and city operations has the tech and tools to keep us safe. What is your biggest issue?
Better city planning and supporting infrastructure-first. Every new development must be backed by a real plan for traffic mitigation and public safety before a single shovel hits the ground. We need to make sure that our neighborhoods remain safe by supporting responsible housing policies. My priority is to protect the integrity of our existing neighborhoods by supporting responsible housing policies that put the quality of life for current residents above the interests of rapid expansion. I am pro-smart growth.Who is supporting you?
My support comes from the people who live on your street. I am running an independent campaign because a councilmember’s only boss should be the taxpayer-- not outside special interests or political PACs. I’m honored by the support I’ve received from local families, business owners, and community leaders who want results over rhetoric. What do you do for a living?
I am a small business owner and a Certified Public Manager (CPM) with a career spent 'under the hood' of public service. My experience spans municipal, county, federal, and 9-1-1 district levels, giving me a holistic understanding of how these systems must integrate to serve our residents. Currently, as I build a new business from the ground up, I’m living the challenges our local entrepreneurs face. I offer a unique blend of private-sector grit and a deep, technical mastery of how government actually functions. What did you do when you worked for the City of Forney?
I didn't just manage technology; I hardened our city’s digital and emergency infrastructure. I led the transition to FirstNet, ensuring our first responders have a dedicated, highly secure communication network that stays up when civilian networks fail. I also overhauled our cybersecurity to thwart active threats against city data and successfully integrated the critical technology systems for our Fire and Police facilities. My focus was always on ensuring that Forney’s public safety tools were reliable, secure, and ready to perform for our citizens.
