Joseph "Yaz" Yazdanpanahi is an East Texas native raised in a Christian home with the disciplined tradition of a Navy Veteran family. As a published expert and Certified Public Manager (CPM) from Stephen F. Austin State University, Yaz has served at the city, county, and federal levels. While others chase public safety endorsements, Yaz has lived it working for 9-1-1.While Others Talk, Yaz Delivers.
Forney needs an executive who has managed multi-million dollar city budgets, built successful businesses from the ground up, and personally protected our city’s infrastructure from cyber-attacks.
Yaz brings a holistic view of both government and business. As an entrepreneur who has started several vertically integrated businesses in real estate and construction, he is ready to hold feet to the fire and ensure Forney’s growth never outpaces our safety, or our common sense.
